1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ShellBot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. The Service is operated by Squad as a Service SL ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

ShellBot provides cloud hosting infrastructure for MoltBot AI agent instances. Our service includes:

• Dedicated VPS provisioning and management
• Automated installation and configuration of MoltBot software
• Multi-channel integration support (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, etc.)
• Dashboard access for bot management
• Infrastructure monitoring and maintenance

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Provide valid payment information through our payment processor (Stripe)
• Automatic renewal of your subscription until canceled
• Pay all applicable taxes and fees
• Price changes with 30 days notice for existing subscribers

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service (provisioning dedicated infrastructure), refunds are generally not available once a subscription period has begun. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion in cases of service failure or billing errors. Please contact support at sales@shellbot.com for refund requests.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your bot instance until the end of the paid period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for cryptocurrency mining
• Overload or disrupt our infrastructure

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squad as a Service SL and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
